• Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Carrier: DHL or FedEx. Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping (Orders over A$50): Carrier: EMS. Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.3 Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Additional restrictions may apply to certain products.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

• In original condition with all tags attached
• Unused and in original packaging
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

• LED Night Lights (opened/used)
• LED Bedside Lamps (opened/used)
• Any Christmas lights with signs of installation or use
• Products without original packaging

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
3. Wait for authorization and instructions
4. Package the item securely in original packaging

5.4 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items.

5.6 Damaged or Defective Items

If your items arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
