Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (A$12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (Orders over A$50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons and are subject to customs clearance processes.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your festive lighting purchases. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help make things right.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unused and in original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- LED Night Lights (opened/used)
- LED Bedside Lamps (opened/used)
- Any Christmas lights with signs of installation or use
- Products without original packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
- Wait for authorization – we’ll email you a return authorization number and instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive the returned product
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item
- If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference
- If the exchange item costs more, you will be invoiced for the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Christmas lights or decorations arrive damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
- We may arrange for return shipping at our expense
